The view from our room was spectacular but

my stay at hard rock hotel was fantastic! the location was excellent, just minutes from the metro station and mh mall. the staff were incredibly friendly, especially jessie doug, who gave us a nice corner unit with a stunning view. we even received a birthday cake for our niece's celebration.

I had a lovely stay in the large single room, which was not only comfortable but also featured a huge bathtub that truly enhanced my experience. However, I noticed that the executive lounge wasn't very active during my visit, which was a bit disappointing.

The suite we stayed in was fantastic with a stunning view that took my breath away, and the breakfast spread was truly delicious. I loved lounging by the rooftop pool and enjoying some live music in the evening. Only downside was the confusion over the complimentary coupons. I think clearer communication could make it even better. 😄
